Working full time and taking care of four children under the age of 5 can honestly be exhausting (no surprise there)!  Over time, my energy to get routine activities done have been difficult.  Although I may not necessarily be overweight, losing weight and focusing on eating less calories will help me to have more energy throughout the day.  The weight-loss plan described in the book, “Always Eat After 7PM,” by Joel Marion seems to have the perfect weight-loss regimen for someone as busy as me.  I don’t have the time and I certainly am not disciplined enough to follow all the strict rules of having a healthy diet.  Fortunately, this weight loss book allows me to work towards losing weight without the stress of following so many strict rules.  “Always Eat After 7PM is totally unlike other programs. As optimistic as I usually am, I was a bit skeptical this plan could actually work for me.  Between work, blogging, family life, and just having a life, I am just always busy!  Do I have the discipline to stick to this plan?  Is the plan going to be too difficult for me to follow? It's not. And that's exactly why Joel Marion wrote this book.
